Ker. HC: Registration of Subsequent Case Doesn’t Automatically Cancel Bail in Earlier Case - (06 Mar 2023)

CRIMINAL

Kerala High Court while observing that bail once granted can’t be cancelled on mere asking but that must be cogent circumstances existing to cancel the bail, has held that mere registration of a subsequent crime against the accused by itself cannot result in an automatic cancellation of bail.
