SC: Can’t Acquit Accused Merely for Non-Appearance of Complainant Who is Already Examined - (06 Mar 2023)

Supreme Court has held that in cases where the complainant has already been examined, it is not fit to acquit the accused merely on non-appearance of the complainant.
