Kerala HC: State Can’t Deny Responsibility in Guise of Limitation Period - (03 Mar 2023)

Kerala High Court while observing that when a citizen is engaged by Government to carry out activities, it had duty to reward person as per the contract even without asking for it, has held that state can’t avoid its obligation to compensate for dues owed by invoking ground of limitation.
