Delhi HC to NCLT: Upload Orders in Expeditious Manner - (03 Mar 2023)

CIVIL

Delhi High Court while considering nature of orders passed by tribunal, especially those by which moratorium is declared and IRPs are appointed, has directed National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) to upload its orders in an expeditious manner without delay.
