Chhattisgarh HC: Can’t Assume Accused Sexually Exploited Victim Because She Belongs to ST Community - (02 Mar 2023)

Chhattisgarh High Court has held that merely because victim belongs to Scheduled Tribe (ST) community, it cannot be assumed that accused was able to dominate her will to exploit her sexually.
