SC: Court Must Sparingly Use Power to Transfer Cases to CBI - (02 Mar 2023)

CRIMINAL

Supreme Court has observed that power to transfer cases must be used sparingly where Court on appreciating facts and circumstance arrives at conclusion that there is no other option of securing fair trial without the investigation by CBI or other specialized agency.
