Tel. HC: Arbitration Under Section 42 of SEZ Act Would Override Contractual Arbitration Clause - (27 Feb 2023)

ARBITRATION

Telangana High Court has held that arbitration under Section 42 of the Special Economic Zones (SEZ) Act, 2005 would override a contractual arbitration clause entered into between the parties.
