Gauhati HC: Non Compliance of Section 41A CrPC Would Entitle Accused to be Granted Bail - (23 Feb 2023)

Gauhati High Court has held that if police does not comply with the provisions of Section 41A CrPC, the person arrested would be entitled to be released on bail.
