Guj. HC Directs Compensation of Rs. 10 Lakh Each to Kin of Deceased in Morbi Bridge Collapse Tragedy - (23 Feb 2023)

CIVIL

Gujarat High Court has directed M/s Ajanta to pay Rs. 10 lakh each to the next of kin of the deceased/victims, and Rs. 2 lakh each to the injured as interim relief, in Morbi Bridge Collapse Tragedy case.
