Del. HC: Prisoners Have Right to Compensation for Work Related Injuries Suffered in Jail - (20 Feb 2023)

CONSTITUTION

Delhi High Court while issuing guidelines for cases where an inmate or convict sustains work related injuries in prison has observed that justice for inmates who has suffered disability due to injury that is work related in prison has fundamental right to get justice & compensation as per law.
