Mad HC: Test Sample Becomes Unreliable if Time Limit Prescribed Under Statute is Not Adhered to - (20 Feb 2023)

CRIMINAL

Madras High Court has observed that object of prescribing time limit to send sample for analysis and get test results in a prescribed time is to see that no further contamination is occurred in chemical products; unless the mandatory time limits are complied, the test results will be unreliable.
