SC: Quality And Not Quantity of Witness Matters - (16 Feb 2023)

CRIMINAL

Supreme Court while affirming conviction and sentence of four persons in murder case based on solitary eyewitness testimony has observed that it is not the quantity of the witnesses but the quality of witnesses which matters.
