All. HC: Child in Conflict With Law Can't Seek Anticipatory Bail U/S 438 CrPC - (15 Feb 2023)

CRIMINAL

Allahabad High Court has held that a child in conflict with law can’t file an application under Section 438 of CrPC seeking anticipatory bail as per the Juvenile Justice Act, 2015, as allowing the same would defeat the aim and object of Juvenile Justice Act.
