Delhi HC: Foreign National Can’t Claim Right to be Appointed Guardian of PwD - (15 Feb 2023)

Delhi High Court while hearing plea moved by father who along with his adopted son is US citizens but holds OCI cards, has held that foreign national cannot claim a vested or constitutional right to be appointed as guardian of a person with disabilities.
