All. HC: Woman Facilitating Act of Rape With Group of People May be Prosecuted for Gang-Rape - (14 Feb 2023)

CRIMINAL

Allahabad High Court has held that woman can not commit the offence of rape but if she facilitated the act of rape with a group of people then she may be prosecuted for Gang Rape in view of amended provision of Section 376D of IPC.
