SC to Uber: Apply for Aggregator License from Maharashtra Government Within 3 Weeks - (14 Feb 2023)

COMMERCIAL

Supreme Court has directed Uber to apply for a license as per Section 93(1) of Motor Vehicle Amendment Act, 2019 within a period of 3 weeks, to continue its services as an aggregator in the State of Maharashtra.
