Gujarat HC Issues Notice to State over Entry Tax on Goods Bought through E-Commerce Portals - (29 Apr 2016)

Gujarat HC has issued a notice to State Government on a petition filed by online retail major Flipkart against entry tax in State on goods bought through the e-commerce portals.
