JKL HC: Threat to Public Health is Ground for Detention - (13 Feb 2023)

CRIMINAL

Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh High Court has held that merely because detaining Authority among other grounds has also observed that activities of detenu pose a serious threat to health and welfare of people would not render order of detention under Section 3 of the PIT-NDPS Act illegal.
