Delhi HC Orders Status Quo on Demolition Drive in Mehrauli Against Slum Cluster - (13 Feb 2023)

Delhi High Court has ordered status quo on Delhi Development Authority’s (DDA) action of demolishing a slum cluster houses consisting of 400 jhuggis in Mehrauli area.
