JKL HC: Can’t Register FIR Against Journalist Reporting on Information Given by Identifiable Source - (13 Feb 2023)

Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh High Court while quashing FIR against a journalist, has observed that restrains can’t be placed on Press by registering FIR against journalists, who publishes news on the basis of information obtained by them from an identifiable source.
