SC: Only Small Peddlers Are Caught Not Culprits Actually Running Drug Syndicate - (13 Feb 2023)

Supreme Court while granting bail to an undertrial in an NDPS case, has observed that in NDPS cases, smalltime drug peddlers are mostly caught and not the real culprits who run drug syndicates.
