SC: BCI Has Power to Prescribe AIBE - (10 Feb 2023)

Supreme Court Constitution Bench has upheld the power of the Bar Council of India (BCI) to require law graduates to qualify for the All-India Bar Examination (AIBE) as an eligibility criterion to practise law in India.
