SC Refers Dawoodi Bohras Excommunuication Case to Nine Judge Sabarimala Bench - (10 Feb 2023)

Supreme Court five judge Constitution Bench has referred the question of the validity of the practice of excommunication prevalent among the Dawoodi Bohras, to a nine Judge Bench constituted to decide the correctness of the ‘first Sabarimala judgement’.
