Del HC: Delay in Approaching Authority for Constitution of Tribunal Won’t Render Claims Time Barred - (10 Feb 2023)

Delhi High Court has held that period within which party is required to approach court for constitution of arbitral tribunal, can’t be conflated with limitation period for invoking arbitration agreement; thus delay in taking steps for constitution of tribunal, won’t render claims as time barred.
