SC: Once Apex Court Passes Order, Collector Can’t Await for Permission to Implement it - (09 Feb 2023)

Supreme Court while disapproving practice of authorities delaying implementation of directions by seeking permission from their superior officers has held that when highest court of the country has passed a direction, there is no basis in seeking permission to implement it.
