J&K&L HC: Petition U/A 226 Can be Filed Even When Fundamental Right is Threatened - (08 Feb 2023)

CONSTITUTION

Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh High Court has held that a petition under Article 226 can be moved even when fundamental right of a citizen is threatened and one need not await for actual prejudice for filing the same, provided his apprehension is well found.
