SC Refuses to Entertain Rapido's Plea Against Maharashtra Govt’s Refusal to Grant License - (08 Feb 2023)

Supreme Court has refused to entertain Rapido's plea against Maharashtra government's refusal to grant them license on the ground that the petitioner was at liberty to pursue alternative remedy before the Bombay High Court.
