Patna HC to Government: Shut 49 Brick Kilns for Failure to Shift to Cleaner Technology - (07 Feb 2023)

ENVIRONMENT

Patna High Court has directed the government to shut 49 brick kilns that failed to shift to cleaner technology and produce fly ash bricks, despite a cut-off date set by the Bihar State Pollution Control Board.
