SC: Secular State Must Prevent Hate Speech at Any Cost - (06 Feb 2023)

Supreme Court directing that meeting proposed by 'Sakal Hindu Samaj' in Mumbai on February 5 should be videographed by police and that contents should be reported to Court, has observed that India being a ‘Secular State’, State must prevent Hate Speech at any cost.
