Gauhati HC: Appoint 2 Women Social Workers in State Committee Under Anti-Manual Scavenging Law - (03 Feb 2023)

HUMAN RIGHTS

Gauhati High Court has directed State to include 2 women social workers in State Monitoring Committee constituted under Section 26 of the Prohibition of Employment as Manual Scavengers and their Rehabilitation Act, 2013.
