Guj. HC Constitutes Committee to Probe Incidents of Mistreatment of Pregnant Women at Pvt Hospitals - (03 Feb 2023)

CIVIL

Gujarat High Court has constituted a Committee for probe into the alleged incidents of mistreatment of pregnant women at private hospitals in the state, in order to ensure that such incidents do not reoccur.
