SC Allows Woman Seeking Abortion to Give Child for Adoption to Couple Registered With CARA - (03 Feb 2023)

Supreme Court in a plea by 21 year old unmarried woman seeking permission to terminate a 29 week pregnancy has allowed adoption of the child by the prospective parents whose details were set out in the CARA registration form.
