Delhi HC Refuses To Quash Money Laundering Case Against Raghav Bahl; Calls Plea 'Premature' - (24 Jan 2023)

CRIMINAL

Delhi High Court has refused to quash a money laundering case against The Quint's founder, Raghav Bahl at this stage. The court at this stage also refused to quash the lookout circular (LOC) against him.
