Guj. HC: Time Limit To File Appeal Is 90 Days in Matrimonial Dispute Under Hindu Marriage Act - (24 Jan 2023)

Gujarat High Court has reiterated that the time limit for filing an appeal challenging a judgment or order of Family Court arising out of a matrimonial dispute under Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 is 90 days.
