Bombay HC Stays Govt. Order Granting Blanket Amnesty to ST Quota Employees Holding Fake Certificates - (27 Apr 2016)

Bombay HC has stayed Government order that assured protection to all ST quota employees, appointed from 1995 to 2001, whose certificates turned out to be fake or never verified.
