Delhi HC: Findings of Departmental Enquiry Can’t be Challenged on Grounds of Adequacy - (20 Jan 2023)

Delhi High Court has held that findings of disciplinary proceedings cannot be challenged by the employee under Article 226 on the grounds of adequacy or reliability.
