Allahabad HC Denies Relief to 5 Women Allegedly Involved in Filing False Rape Cases - (19 Jan 2023)

CRIMINAL

Allahabad High Court has refused to quash FIR against and stay the arrest of 5 women members of alleged 'Nafisa Gang' which is allegedly involved in filing false rape and SC/ST Act cases against innocent persons for extracting money.
