Gauhati HC Quashes Nagaon Tribunal’s 2018 Decision Declaring Assam Resident a ‘Foreigner’ - (18 Jan 2023)

Gauhati High Court while setting aside a 2018 order of Nagaon Trivunal declaring an Assam resident as a foreigner, has observing that the Foreigners Tribunal did not take note of the material on record while passing the decision.
