SC: Difference in Pay Scale Based on Academic Qualification is Valid - (17 Jan 2023)

SERVICE

Supreme Court has held that an academic qualification is a valid criterion to differentiate pay scale for different employees even when the nature of the work undertaken by them is more or less the same.
