Guj. HC: Need a Change in Mindset That Married Daughter Shouldn’t be Given Any Property - (13 Jan 2023)

Gujarat High Court while observing that marriage of a daughter does not change her status in the family has stated that it is time to change the mindset of people that once a daughter in the family is married, she should not be given any property.
