Cal. HC: Shouldn’t Interfere With Single Judge Order Merely Because it Has Different Opinion - (13 Jan 2023)

Calcutta High Court has held that division benches should not interfere with well-considered single-judge orders under challenge in intra-court appeals, only because it may have a different opinion.
