Delhi HC: Can’t Promote Officers of Central Health Services Mechanically - (10 Jan 2023)

Delhi High Court has held that promotion under Dynamic Assured Career Progression Scheme of Central Health Services cannot be made in a mechanical manner solely on basis of number of years of service without considering employee’s grading in Annual Confidential Report.
