SC Seeks AG's View on Jairam's PIL on Aadhaar - (26 Apr 2016)

SC has sought Attorney General Mukul Rohatgi's stand on Congress MP Jairam Ramesh's PIL challenging introduction of Aadhaar bill in Parliament as a 'money bill' accusing the BJP-led NDA government of committing a 'Constitutional fraud' and acting mala fide to bypass Rajya Sabha's approval.
