NCDRC to DLF Universals: Refund Entire Amount for Delay in Handing Over Possession - (10 Jan 2023)

CONSUMER

National Consumer Dispute Redressal Commission (NCDRC) has directed DLF Universal to refund entire principal amount of Rs. 37,73,154/- to the complainant along with compensation in the form of simple interest @6% p.a. from for delay in handing over possession.
