Bombay HC Pulls Up Ban on New Construction in Kalyan Dombivli - (26 Apr 2016)

Bombay HC has pulled up ban on new construction imposed last year in Kalyan Dombivli Municipal Corporation limit after it was pointed out that the civic body is taking steps to implement the municipal solid waste rules at dumping grounds in area.
