SC: Transferred Judges Don’t Go With Labels - (09 Jan 2023)

Supreme Court while giving clarifications regarding how vacancies in High Courts must be categorized when a judge is transferred from another High Court, has stated that the said judge does not go to the transferred High Court with a label of a 'bar judge' or the 'service judge'.
