Bombay HC Makes E-Filing Mandatory for Criminal, Arbitration and Civil Contempt Cases - (02 Jan 2023)

CIVIL

Bombay High Court has made e-filing of new criminal cases, arbitration petitions and civil contempt petitions mandatory from January 9, 2023. E-filing of new cases in these classes would include all responses / replies, rejoinders, miscellaneous documents and all applications.
