NCDRC: Landowner Jointly & Severally Liable Along With Developer for Deficiency in Service - (29 Dec 2022)

CONSUMER

National Consumer Dispute Redressal Commission (NCDRC) has held that landowner is jointly and severally liable for any compensation along with the developer for deficiency in service.
