J&K&L HC: Can’t Challenge Enquiry Committee’s Proceeding After Taking Part in it Without Objection - (27 Dec 2022)

CRIMINAL

Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh High Court has held that a person is not entitled to challenge the constitution of the enquiry committee after finding that the result of the enquiry has gone against him, if he participates in the enquiry proceedings without any objections.
