Calcutta HC: Enforcement Directorate Officers Are Not Police Officers - (26 Dec 2022)

Calcutta High Court while referring to Supreme Court’s recent judgment in Vijay Madanlal Choudhary case, has held that Enforcement Directorate (ED) officers are not police officers and their probe is only an inquiry and not an investigation.
